Utility Rates

The City of Center utility rates are established annually by ordinance by the City Council. Typically, the Council indexes the utility rates annually to keep up with inflation. This allows the utility rates to remain competitive and allow the city to generate sufficient revenue to make further improvements to invest back into the city.
