Howell Howard was elected to the Center City Council in May 2012. He is married to Pam Howard and they have one son, Payne. Mr. Howard attended North Texas State University and owns a poultry farm supply business. He and his family are members of the Shelbyville Methodist Church. Mr. Howard was appointed to the board of Shelby Savings Bank and serves on the board of the Center Country Club. He is also a member of the Center Rotary Club.
Mr. Howard wants to help move Center forward, foster a strong business environment and improve the quality of life in the City. His goal is to achieve a strong and abundant water supply for the City.
