Bulk Water

The City of Center operates a bulk water purchase station adjacent to the sewer plant, located on FM 2788/Sardis Road.

The purchasing system is computer operated.  To purchase water, each company representative will need to come to City Hall to obtain a customer number and password to access the system.  No numbers will be given over the telephone.  Each company will be assigned one customer number and password.  All drivers will need this information to fill their trucks.  Your company will be responsible for payment of anyone using the assigned customer number and password.

To create an account, a $100 deposit is required.  The City charges $7.50 per 1,000 gallons of bulk water sold.

Accounts with a poor payment record will be assessed and additional $100 deposit.

Sewer disposal is also available at the bulk water station.
