1. Online by credit / debit card or ACH - Pay your bill online through Ad Comp, our third-party payment processor using a retail money transfer. A service fee is applicable. Pay Your Utility Bill Online Now
    
2. Pay at the kiosk - The drive-thru kiosk located at City Hall is open 24 hours a day and accepts credit card, check, and cash payments.  After hours can be paid by delivery into the "night drop" box below the kiosk.  A service fee is applicable for credit / debit card transactions.
    
3. In person - You can pay at City Hall M-F 8:30am - 4:30pm.
    
4. Phone - Call 936-715-3490 to pay your utility bill over the phone using our third-party payment processor, Ad Comp. A service fee is applicable by this vendor for these transactions.
    
5. Mail - Send your payment in through the mail.
